Our services work together so that you experience the greatest possible benefit.

We offer many different types of therapies, depending upon your individual massage needs. Regardless of your circumstances, massage provides many benefits:

Massage promotes a sense of relaxation and well-being.
Massage reduces tension and anxiety.
Massage improves blood circulation.
Massage delivers oxygen and nutrients to body cells.
Massage stimulates the lymphatic system.
Massage prevents/relieves muscle cramps and spasms.
Massage can improve range of motion.

Swedish Massage promotes relaxation and reduces muscle tension. It focuses on the superficial layers of muscle to improve mental and physical health. Swedish massage uses long strokes to calm and relax the body. This type of massage is a typical spa treatment that we recommend to new clients.

Deep Tissue Massage uses direct pressure to focus on the deep layers of muscle and connective tissue. This technique helps to eliminate chronic muscle tension and breakdown scar tissue. After a deep tissue massage you may experience soreness; however, after a few days, you will begin to feel better and experience the benefits of massage. After your massage, make sure to drink plenty of water to flush the toxins in your body.

Neuromuscular Massage is an intense form of therapy that focuses on a specific area of the body. During neuromuscular massage, significant time is spent working on trigger points - a point in a muscle that will trigger pain in another area of the muscle when pressure is applied. Trigger points can decrease blood flow to that area of the body, resulting in decreased oxygen, increased muscle soreness, and impaired range of motion. Neuromuscular massage treats the trigger points, restores blood flow, increases oxygen to your body cells, and reduces muscle soreness.

TMJ Therapy treats temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ), a painful disorder caused by unbalanced activity or the over use of the jaw muscles.  Symptoms often include headaches, ear pain, sound sensitivity, dizziness, ringing in the ear, and many others. Through Swedish massage and neuromuscular therapy on the trigger points that impact TMJ, the muscles can begin to relax, thereby reducing discomfort and pain.
